Which plan suits best my needs?
Each plan has specific characteristics to specific needs. Before choosing a plan we recommend you answer the following questions:
Do you want to manage the content of your website?
How many email accounts do you need?
In how many languages your website needs to be available?
How many changes or updates do you require for your website each month?
In our "Plans" page you will be able to find a video that will show you in an easy way which plan suits best your needs or you can contact on of our executives through our online chat.
In which plans Hosting is included?
Hosting is included for free in our 4 plans as long as the service remains active.
How many design proposals will I receive?
Depends on the chosen plan. For our plans "Platinum", "Gold" and "E-Commerce" you will receive 2 design proposals, while with our "Diamond" plan you will receive 3. All our design proposals are original based on your company idendity and the colors of your logo (in case you have one).
How many pages my website may have?
It can have as many pages as required. Our plans include a specific number of pages depending on a specific need however additional pages can be added to your chosen plan for a very low extra cost.
Can I add more email accounts to my plan?
No, if you need more email accounts it is necessary to update your plan to a higher one. Our plan "Diamond" and "E-Commerce" include unlimited email accounts.
How many domains may I add to my Hosting?
You can add all the domains you want to link your website but in order to be able to use the email accounts of these domains it is neccessary to add to your Webpage plan our Hosting plan.
My plan includes a domain?
Yes, our 4 plans include a domain with the extensions (.com), (.net), (.org), (.us), (.com.mx), (.ca). If you need a different extension for your domain please contact your account executive.
Which pages do you recommend me to have?
Those that are considered according to the amount of information that is required to publish on the website in order to make the reading and navigation easy for the visitor.
Do you have a discount program?
Yes, we have a discount program where you will be able to get 10% direct discount in the total amount of your monthly payment which can be accumulated up to 100% as long as your referrals maintain their service active.
What are external statistics?
You can find these statistics in your customer panel. With these you can monitor the flow of the number of visits that your website has, from which city your visitors are and the date when they visit it.
How many monthly changes may I request?
Changes and updates can be requested according to the chosen plan. For our "Platinum" plan there can only be 3 changes per month, while with our "Gold", "Diamond" and "E-Commerce" plan there are 5 changes per month that are included for free. In case of requiring more changes our team will analyze if these changes have an extra cost or not.
May I add extra pages or functions to my plan?
Yes, you can add all functions or pages that are necessary for the improvement and navigation of your web page. For a complete list of all additional features that can be added please contact your account executive.
What information can be published?
Anything can be published as long as it is not illegal, ilicit or difamatory.
All the information that will be published in your website must be provided to our team of designers so that we can give the proper structure to all the content. Once the design is accepted and authorized we will proceed with the programming of the webpage.
The company logo goes in the header as well as the menu, social media, phone numbers, address, and email. Also it will have a main banner, images, texts, videos, contact form and a navigation map.
Which images can I publish in my website?
It is best to only publish original photographs taken from your own company or business and from your own products and / or services. If you do not have photographs or images, there are virtual libraries where you can acquire these for a low cost.
How do we send you the information?
You can upload it to your customer panel or you can send it in an email as it allows the work to be more productive, reduces costs and time. Making communication faster.
Do you take pictures from our products?
No, our terms and conditions only allows us to receive all the information and photographs that will be published on the website. All photographs must have a valid license for the right of use or ownership.
