In our website www.globalnetstudio.com click on the "Login" button located at the top right corner and at the bottom right corner of your screen.

You can receive a temporary password in our "Login" page by clicking on the option "Forgot your password?" and typing your email. The temporary password could arrive to your inbox or junk folder.

How can I update my invoice information?
With your customer panel you are able to update your information whenever you want. The change will be reflected for your next bill.
How can I manage my email accounts?
With your customer panel you are able to manage your email accounts and passwords. Changes are applied instantly.
How can I unblock my account?
To unblock your account please contact us through our online chat.
How can I create a payment subscription?
With your customer panel you are able to register your credit or debit card so that the charge is processed automatically each month.
How can I download my invoices and receipts?
There are three possible ways to download your invoices and receipts:
  • Login to your customer panel and click "Billing" on the left side menu. There you will be able to download your receipts and invoices.

  • Check the emails that our billing deparment sends and click on the icons to download.

  • Request them to your account executive.

Login to your account and click "Billing" in the left side menu.
What is S.E.O. and how can I manage it?
S.E.O. (Search Engine Optimization) are all available tools and functions that can be used and configured to benefit the natural positioning of your web page.

With your customer panel you can configure a basic S.E.O. for your web page which includes keywords, descriptions for each section and your location in navigation maps.
What is the due date and when it is?
Your due date may be the 1st or 15th of each month depending on the day you made your first monthly payment and it is billed for the incoming period of service.
Can I forward my email accounts?
Yes, in your customer panel you can set up that all messages that arrive to an email account are automatically sent as a hidden copy to another email account.
How can I buy more domains?
If the domains are available to register, you may do so with your customer panel by following the steps in the "Domains" menu option.
Is your customer support available 24/7?
Yes, you may contact us through our online chat, email or ticket system at any time.
Where can I see my monthly discount?
Login to your account and click the option "My Account" in the left side menu. In this section you will be able to see how much discount you receive each month and the status of your referrals.
How can I manage my payment reminders?
Our system automatically sends you a payment reminder 5 days before and 5 days after your due date. If the payment is still pending after these dates, your account executive will contact you.

To manage on which emails you would like to receive your payment reminders, login to your account and click "Billing" in the left side menu.
What is a dedicated IP used for?
A dedicated IP is an IP that it is assigned only and specifically to your domain, this means you wont share this IP with no one else. With this you expand the benefits for your web page and your email accounts.

To learn more about the benefits and how much it costs login to your account and click "Website" in the left side menu and then click the option "Dedicated IP".
Where can I see my website statistics?
Login to your account and click on "Website" in the left side menu. With the reports you will be able to see how many people, from where, and when have visited your web page.
