When can I cancel the service?
"Platinum", "Gold" and "Diamond" Plans:
the service may be cancelled at any time as long as the account does not have any pending payments.
"E-Commerce" Plan:
the service may be cancelled only after a 12 month period as long as the account does not have any pending payments.
How long it takes to have my webpage online?
The avarage time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, as well as the delivery time of the information that the website will contain by the customer. The avarage time for our plans are:
"Platinum" Plan
- 5 to 8 working days.
"Gold" Plan
- 7 to 10 working days.
"Diamond" Plan
- 10 to 12 working days.
"E-Commerce" Plan
- 12 to 15 working days.
What happens to my webpage if I cancel?
The webpage will be disconnected and it wont be available anymore on the Internet. The S.E.O. (Search Engine Optimization) that might had had while it was online will be directly affected and will dissappear from the search results.
In which platform do you develop my website?
We do not use any platform, all websites are developed from scratch combining the necessary code languages for the best optimization and navigation of the website. Some of these languages are: HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, PHP, JSON, Css3, Ajax, MySQL, among others.
When is the due date of my payments?
It is the 1st or the 15th of each month depending on the date when you made your first payment.
On which devices can I use my emails?
In any device that has an Internet connection.
How can I create a payment subscription?
With your customer panel you are able to register your credit or debit card so that the charge is processed automatically each month.
How can I buy more domains?
If the domains are available to register, you may do so with your customer panel by following the steps in the "Domains" menu option.
What is S.E.O. and how can I manage it?
S.E.O. (Search Engine Optimization) are all available tools and functions that can be used and configured to benefit the natural positioning of your web page.
With your customer panel you can configure a basic S.E.O. for your web page which includes keywords, descriptions for each section and your location in navigation maps.
May I add extra pages or functions to my plan?
Yes, you can add all functions or pages that are necessary for the improvement and navigation of your web page. For a complete list of all additional features that can be added please contact your account executive.
Can I update my plan to another one?
Yes, you can always update it whenever you want but only to a higher plan. The monthly amount of the new plan will be applied on your next invoice.
How can I download my invoices and receipts?
There are three possible ways to download your invoices and receipts:
Login to your customer panel and click "Billing" on the left side menu. There you will be able to download your receipts and invoices.
Check the emails that our billing deparment sends and click on the icons to download.
Request them to your account executive.
