Do you use templates for the design?
No, we do not use templates. Each one of our proyects is built from scratch and it is based in the colors of your logo and the identity of your company.
Can I link social network to my website?

Can I use my email on a cellphone or iPad?
Yes, you can setup your email accounts in your cellphone or any mobile device as long as it is connected to the Internet. In your customer panel you will find a guide that will help you step-by-step to setup your email or if you need help one of our tech engineers can assist you through our online chat.
Will my website be 100% responsive?
Yes, all websites are 100% responsive for any mobile device.
Can I have a signature in my email?
Yes, each email account can have its own personalized signature.
In which platform do you develop my website?
We do not use any platform, all websites are developed from scratch combining the necessary code languages for the best optimization and navigation of the website. Some of these languages are: HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, PHP, JSON, Css3, Ajax, MySQL, among others.
What does it mean "CC" and "BCC"?
The term "CC" stands for
"Carbon Copy"
and "BCC"
"Blind Carbon Copy"
. These two functions are very useful when you need to send the same message to many people.
When you send a message using "CC" the main receiver will be able to see all the copies that were sent. When you send a message using "BBC" the main receiver will not be able to see all the copies that were sent.

No, it is strictly forbidden to send bulk emails regardless the purpose (promotions, advertising, invoices, receipts, etc.) or recipients.
Do you create backups of my emails?
Yes, for safety our system automatically generates and stores your backup each weekend.
Do you develop S.E.O. for my website?
Yes, your plan includes a basic structure of S.E.O. for your website. With your customer panel you will be able to manage all the key words and page descriptions linked to your website.

Do you help me migrate all my email accounts?
Yes, we take care of everything to make the migration of your webpage and email accounts as smooth as possible so that you do not have to worry about anything. We do it in the best possible time to avoid any complication.

Why I can't login to my email account?
The most common causes are:
Invalid email/password:
verify that both your email and password are typed correctly. If you do not have the password you can change it instantly through your customer panel.
Lost connectivity:
verify that your Internet connection is stable and running.
How many messages can I receive in my email?
There is no limit to receive messages, as the storage capacity of our Hosting is unlimited. Thanks to this benefit you will never have to delete a message to free space in your Hosting.
